The batteries in this Frontech 1 KVA UPS are well protected by the in-built electronic protection circuit of this UPS, which does not allow excessive charging or discharging of the battery. Moreover, the over load and short circuit protection secures your PC by going in to protection mode in case the UPS is overloaded in backup mode or if there is a short circuit.

The output is shut down in this case, but the UPS instantly recovers when conditions are back to normal.
